VSPRO Model

VSPRO is a framework to consider managing organization. VSPRO consist of Vision, Strategy, Process, Resource and Organization. Vision is sometimes eliminated from VSPRO, and in that case, it called SPRO.

VSPRO is similar to Seven S but it is easier to consider because factors of VSPRO are less than those of Seven S.


How to use VSPRO

When using VSPRO, the following things should be considered in each factor.

Vision What is the company's vision?
Is that appropriate vision?
Strategy Are strategies in compliance with vision?
Can they generate differentiation compared with competitors?
Process What is the process to implement strategies?
Is that in compliance with vision?
Can they generate competitive superior?
Resource Are resources to implement strategies enough?
Organization Can the organization implement strategies correctly?
Do employees understand vision and strategies?
