Value Portfolio is a framework to make a decision on which business the company should focus on. It is shown by matrix having 4 areas divided by shareholder's point of view like ROI or business value and management's point of view like consistency with corporate vision. It is proposed by BCG.

While PPM and GE's Business Screen are frameworks to manage cash flow, Value Portfolio is a framework to considering businesses reorganization.
