3C analysis is a framework to analyze environment of the company and consists
of three "C", which is Company, Competitor and Customer.
Competitor and Customer analysis tells us KSF of the industry and the company
has to make an action to fill the gap between KSF and its current situation
based on Company analysis.

How many people can purchase the company's products or services
Structure of industry like five forces
Making a purchasing decision process
DMU (Decision Making Unit)
KBF (Key Buying Factors)

One point when using 3C Analysis
Normally, people use 3C Analysis to just organize the information. However, it is no meaning to make a strategy. When analyzing 3C, we should conclude KSF, KBF and actions that company needs to do.
